Who is responsible
Walia Motion Manufacturing PLC, House No. 615, Woreda 08, Akaki Kality Sub-City, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, is responsible for the personal data collected through this website. Contact us at contact@walia-motion.com or +251 908 565 858.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through our forms:
- Pre-order form: the model and colour you choose, quantity, name, email, phone, city and any notes.
- Contact form: your name, email, phone, subject and message.
- Partnership form: your business name and type, contact name, city or region, email, phone and message.
We do not use advertising or analytics trackers on this website, and we do not ask you to create an account.
Why we use it
We use this information only to answer your request: to confirm a pre-order, reply to a question, arrange a workshop visit, tell you when a model launches if you asked us to, or send reseller prices and conditions. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
- Formspree (United States) receives the forms you send and forwards them to us by email.
- Cloudflare (United States) hosts this website, forwards emails sent to our address, and runs Turnstile, the security check on our forms that tells people and bots apart.
- Google provides the fonts used on this website; your browser loads them from Google's servers. On the contact page, the Google Maps map of our workshop only loads if you choose "Show map"; Google may then set its own cookies.
These services may process technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver their service. Because they operate outside Ethiopia, the information you send through our forms may be stored or processed abroad.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages and pre-order requests [retention period to be confirmed], then delete them, unless we need them longer for an order you placed or to meet a legal obligation.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. Write to contact@walia-motion.com; we will reply as soon as we can. You can also contact the Ethiopian Communications Authority, which oversees personal data protection in Ethiopia.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The Cloudflare Turnstile security check on our form pages may store technical information in your browser so it can work. If you choose to show the Google Maps map on our contact page, Google may set cookies under its own privacy policy.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and its date.
