Pre-order questions

• Is my deposit refundable?

  Yes. You can cancel within 48 hours of paying your deposit, and we refund it in full. We start welding your frame only after those 48 hours, so nothing has been built when you decide.

• How long will my bike take?

  Every bike is built in 2 to 4 days from the date you pay your deposit.

• Can I try a bike before I order?

  Yes. Visit our showroom near Stadium, in central Addis Ababa, and try the bikes until you find the one that suits you best. When your own bike is ready, you ride it before you pay the balance.

• Do you deliver outside Addis Ababa?

  No. We are a manufacturer and put our time into building bikes, so we do not deliver. Across Ethiopia, our bikes are sold by our official partners, a network of resellers.

• What warranty do I get?

  Every frame we build has a 6-month warranty against defects in materials and welding. If a tube or a weld fails in normal use during that time, we repair or replace the frame free of charge.

  Why six months? A manufacturing flaw usually shows itself in the first weeks and months of daily riding, well within that period. Every frame is also inspected and test-ridden before it leaves the workshop. The warranty covers what we control, which is how your frame was made. After that, how a bike ages depends on how it is ridden, loaded, stored and serviced. And since every part is available locally, keeping your bike in good shape after the warranty is affordable and takes days, not weeks.

  The warranty does not cover wear parts such as tyres, brake pads and chains, or damage from accidents, overloading or modifications.
